CAPE TOWN - Proteas' batsman JP Duminy says the team is not tired of playing against Pakistan as they get ready to play the second T20 at Newlands tonight.

The teams met earlier this year in South Africa, then more recently in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for another series.

Pakistan are now back in the country to make up for the games lost from the shortened India tour.

Duminy says they never scoff at representing their country.

"We should never take for granted representing the country no matter who you are playing against. As mentioned, we've played Pakistan quite a few times this year, and at times it can get a bit too much because you want to venture out and play other teams."

Duminy says they can always take positive things out of any series.

"It's a great honour and privilege to represent our country, no matter who we play against."

The match starts at 6pm.
