CAPE TOWN - Titans captain Farhaan Behardien will be making his homecoming when the team takes on the Cobras at Newlands today.

Behardien played for Western Province before moving to the Titan and last captained a Cape team at school level.

Behardien says it is great to be back.

"The last time I was captain I was playing for the under-14s which was quite a while back now. It's a very humbling experience to come back to Newlands. My family will be here and I'm very excited.

"We'll definitely count on the young guys. They are very excited and hopefully they can pull it through for us."

Meanwhile, Cape Cobras captain Justin Ontong says his team is quietly confident ahead of the Momentum One Day Cup final.

The Cobras are defending champions and will be looking for back-to-back trophies when they take on the Titans later.

The teams will be hoping rain does not hamper the game, with forecasts predicting an 80 percent chance of showers.

Ontong says the team needs to make sure their experience counts.

"We've got to make sure we use all that experience to win those big moments because that's going to decide who actually wins the game. It's going to a big spectacle. I urge people to come out in support. Hopefully the weather is going to be good and we'll have a great game."

The game starts at 3pm.
