The rapper popped the question in front of their friends and family at AT&T Park in San Francisco.
The pair have a daughter together named North West.
North made her long-awaited debut in August when Kanye showed off a picture of her on his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner's talk show.
The couple have actually been the subject of marriage rumours for over a year, with Jenner telling E! News in 2012 that the family "adored" Kanye and "we think they make an amazing couple. We just want them to be happy."
