CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape High Court on Monday issued an arrest warrant for one of the men involved in the murder Cape Town nightclub owner Bruno Bronn.

He was found strangled in his Green Point home in February 2012.

Earlier on Monday, the three accused were ordered to appear in court but only John Frederick-Coetzee and Fareez Allie turned up.

According to Achmat Toffa's lawyer, she received a message this morning from her client saying he was suffering from kidney problems and was feeling too ill to attend proceedings.

One of Toffa's bail conditions is he be present in court when ordered to do so.

The court then issued a warrant ordering his immediate arrest.

The case was postponed to 28 October.
