CAPE TOWN - Cape Town Mayor Patricia de Lille has again appealed to anyone who may know what could have happened to a missing Mitchell's Plain girl to come forward.

De Lille says a R50,000 reward for the information still stands.

Shaskia Michaels disappeared four weeks ago while in the care of her grandparents.

De Lille says it is disappointing that no one has come forward yet.

"We are again appealing to the community, anybody that knows anything, can give us a lead. They must come forward and talk to the police."

Police say the four-year-old's disappearance is regarded as a very high priority.

Michaels is the neighbour of Kauthay Bobbs who also disappeared near her home last October.
