Springbok Women qualify for World Cup
South Africa beat Uganda 63-3 to book their place in the 2014 World Cup in France.
CAPE TOWN - The Springbok Ladies have qualified for the 2014 World Cup in France following a 63-3 victory over Uganda.
The victory was the highest ever score for the team as they scored 11 tries against their African opponents.
Captain Mandisa Williams expressed her pleasure at the result and qualification.
But she is also aware of what her team needs to improve on in order to make a mark in the rugby showpiece.
"We need to work on our physicality because we have speed. We need to work on our set pieces and make sure that the girls target areas like defence and the rucks."
