CAPE TOWN - Bafana Bafana coach Gordon Igesund included Bongani Khumalo in his squad for the upcoming 2014 World Cup qualifier against Botswana. Khumalo, Doncaster Rovers defender and former Bafana captain, has not featured in the national side since the African Cup of Nations in January.

Bafana take on Botswana on 7 September at the Moses Mabhida Stadium and must win the match to stand any chance of progressing to the next round of qualifiers. If Bafana wins they still need Ethiopia to lose or draw against Central African Republic when they meet on the same day.
