DURBAN - The Sharks narrowly beat the Blues in a 22-20 victory at Growthpoint Kings Park in Durban on Saturday afternoon thanks to Riaan Viljoen's last minute try.

The Sharks held a 17-5 lead at half time, but the Blues came back strong in the second half and scored two quick tries and a penalty to give them the lead.

The Blues held onto that lead until the last minute of the game, but Viljoen's try secured the win.

The Sharks move up to ninth place on the overall log. It's however still unlikely that they will make it to the play-offs this season.
