CAPE TOWN - Stormers coach Allister Coetzee on Sunday said not many teams could have won under the pressure they faced against the Sharks.

The Cape side beat the Sharks 22-15 to bring the Durban side's five match winning streak to an end.

Stormers centre Juan de Jongh scored the only try of the match and picked up his 50th Super Rugby cap.

Coetzee said his players did well not to let the pressure get to them.

"The team has been under a lot of pressure, they are very young and played in front of thousands of people."

Coetzee said their improved set pieces and line-outs gave him confidence ahead of their tour.

"It was a very pleasing performance."
