Sindane buried without family's permission
Happy Sindane’s real family will take legal action after they say he was buried without their permission.
JOHANNESBURG - The biological family of the late Happy Sindane at the weekend said they're considering taking legal action after he was buried in Tweefontein, Mpumalanga without their permission.
Sindane made headlines a decade ago when he walked into a police station claiming that he was kidnapped from his white parents by a black family.
It later emerged his father was a German businessman and his mother was the man's domestic worker who gave him away to her friend.
Sindane's body was found a week ago after he was stoned to death apparently during a fight about alcohol.
His biological sister, Julia Mzayiya said her brother should be buried with his real family.
"We're going to open a case because we're not happy about what they did to bury him. They buried him in Mpumalanga after we asked them nicely not to."
