DURBAN - Bafana Bafana have beaten Angola 2-0 in their second Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) game.

The final whistle was blown just before 7pm on Wednesday at the Moses Mabhida stadium in Durban.

There was song and dance at the stadium to celebrate the home team's win.

The two goals came from Siyabonga Sangweni and Lehlohonolo Majoro.

Majoro weaved through the defence to score his goal in the 62nd minute, through the legs of the goalkeeper.

Bafana pressured the Angolan defence from the first minute and were rewarded 30 minutes into the first half with their first goal from Sangweni.

The win takes Bafana to the top of group A with four points.

In the same group, Cape Verde will take on Morocco at 8pm this evening at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
