JOHANNESBURG - 1Time passengers who bought tickets through certain banks will be refunded.

The low-cost airline grounded all its flights on Friday, saying it had filed for business liquidation.

Absa, Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank have since come forward and said they would reimburse their customers.

Standard Bank spokesperson Sugendhree Reddy said customers should contact their service centre for assistance.

In agreement with the rules of the Payments Association of South Africa, credit and cheque card holders will have to fill out a form and provide proof of payment for their purchase of tickets and further give evidence that the service was not delivered.
