Bulls name unchanged side

Bulls coach Pine Pienaar has selected the same squad to face the Sharks in Durban.

The Blue Bulls have named their side to take on the Sharks in the Currie Cup semi-final.

JOHANNESBURG - The Blue Bulls on Wednesday named an unchanged side for their Absa Currie Cup semi-final clash against the Sharks in Durban on Saturday.

Last week, the Bulls beat the Golden Lions to book their spot in the last four after spending much of the season at the bottom of the log.

It is the first time that coach Pine Pienaar has selected the same 22 on consecutive weekends.

He feels that this could help them carry some momentum into the semi-final.

"I think defence is going to be crucial. We're going to have to step up our game."

Pienaar said discipline will play a major factor this weekend.

"We know that mistakes will cost you in a semi-final. You have to ensure that you're disciplined and you have to try and control the game."

The Sharks are currently on top of the log.
