CAPE TOWN - Western Province eighth-man Jebb Sinclair has told Eyewitness News Sport he hopes to continue playing for the union next season.

His loan spell at the Stormers and Western Province from London Irish ends at the end of the Currie Cup.

Sinclair says he would not turn down an offer to stay in Cape Town.

"I'd love to stay here."

Sinclair says at this stage he has no idea where he'll be playing rugby next year.

"I'm still contracted to London Irish and I don't know what they have planned for me. I haven't been in too much contact with them."

Meanwhile, the Cheetahs are now bottom of the Currie Cup log after suffering a loss at Province on Saturday.
