Sharks to make history - Lambie

CAPE TOWN - Sharks player Patrick Lambie is adamant his team will be on a plane back to New Zealand on Sunday.

The Sharks will take on the Stormers at Newlands on Saturday.

Lambie will miss the clash with an ankle injury but will be on the sidelines watching the game.

He says it will not be easy getting a win at Newlands.

"We'll continue from where we left off on our last win against them in Durban. We know they haven't lost a home game this year so it's going to be a challenging game."

He says he team have the chance to make history.

"We really want to make another trip to New Zealand. We really want to make it into the finals."

Kickoff is 5:05pm.

The winning side will face the Chiefs in the Super Rugby finals next week.
