CAPE TOWN - Stormers coach Allister Coetzee on Thursday said winning regularly was more important than bagging bonus points.

The Stormers have won eight from nine games so far this season, but have failed to score four or more tries in a game to secure a bonus point win.

Coetzee said they have developed a culture of winning rugby.

"I do appreciate the crowd and their knowledge of the game but we've got to stick to our game plan."

Stormers captain Jean de Villiers is expected to play following his absence due to a hand injury.

Coetzee added he was happy that players have overcome injuries.

"It's going to be a tough game. I'm happy just to start with a strong backline."

The game kicks off at Newlands at 7:10pm.
