Western Province captain Tiaan Liebenberg on Wednesday said there is no doubt the Cheetahs will be bolstered by the return of their Springboks.

The Bloemfontein side will welcome back four of their Boks who were on the away leg of the Tri-Nations for their Currie Cup game against Western Province on Saturday.

Ashley Johnson, Adriaan Strauss and Coenie Oosthuizen are in the starting XV as flank Heinrich Brussow is on the bench.

Liebenberg said they will want to play well to keep their international places.

"They haven't played a lot and expect for Ashley (Johnson) the other three guys haven't had game time, so I think they'll basically try and show that they deserve a spot in the team," he said.

Liebenberg added that facing the Free State side is never easy.

"We can definitely expect them to be firing on Saturday and I mean the Cheetahs is a very good side especially in Bloemfontein. They play with heart and soul and we're just going to have to be ready for that."
