Stormers captain Schalk Burger says he is looking forward to having old hand Peter Grant back for their game against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

The first choice fly-half will get his first start in over two months after finally recovering from a knee injury. The other big change sees Jean de Villiers move to wing to accommodate Juan de Jongh at centre.

Burger said Grant will bring stability back to the team. "It is nice having an old hand back in Peter Grant, obviously his strong points probably communication and his composure. There has been a couple of weekends where we had to put in a bit of extra work obviously guys having been a bit rusty due to injury and stuff, they ha've been doing a good job, but it is fantastic having Peter back," he said.

Hooker Tiaan Libenberg also comes back to the starting 15 in place of Deon Fourie.

Burger said Libenberg's character is what they need to front up to the Cheetahs. "Tiaan obviously came back from injury and in the last month him and Deon it has been on the rotating basis, so it is fantastic having Tiaan back and we all know his quality, his pretty robust and he is a fine character so it is good to have him in the starting line-up."
