The troubled Commonwealth Games in <?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?><city w:st="on"><place w:st="on">Delhi is battling gremlins less than two days after the opening ceremony.

The games opened on Sunday amid fears of terror threats, disease and poor infrastructure.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>

The games organisers were left red-faced on Monday morning when their website reflected the <country-region w:st="on">Seychelles</country-region> flag in <country-region w:st="on"><place w:st="on">South Africa</country-region>’s place on the medals table.

Then the official weigh-in for the boxing competition had to be postponed after complaints that the test scales were faulty.

Fighters who were deemed overweight where forced to shed weight only to return weighing more than the last reading.

The scales will now be recalibrated.
