Independent Democrat leader Patricia de Lille has confirmed that she would be one of the 22 MP’s to sit on an ad hoc committee which would consider the future of dismissed National Prosecution Authority boss, Vusi Pikoli.

The African National Congress were expected to occupy 14 of the seats while opposition parties would share the remaining eight seats.

According to the ID leader the committee would sit for the first time on Wednesday.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>

“We will decide how to implement the terms you’ve referenced. Whether to call people for submissions but, that will only be decided once the committee has a chance to meet on Wednesday,” said de Lille.
