Talks were continuing over a permanent ceasefire plan proposed by <country-region w:st="on">Egypt</country-region> and <country-region w:st="on"><place w:st="on">France</country-region>.

Mark Regev the spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said there should be conditions to any agreement they sign.
