Foodcorp admitted to being part of a price collusion cartel.
The company agreed to assist the Competition Commission in its investigation into the matter, which dates back to 2006.
This did not stopped Foodcorp from being fined over R40m.
“The company’s co-operation may bring an end to the debacle”, said FAWU’s general-secretary Katishi Masemola.
