CAPE TOWN - The Cederberg on Friday came alive with bursts of colour.

Visitors flocked to the West Coast town of Clanwilliam, for the Annual Wildflower Festival.

It has drawn both local and international flora enthusiasts.

The town’s Blomkerk is housing an extensive display.

Fran Wright from Canada said she has never seen anything like it.

“It’s just extraordinary to see this number of species in such a small space; just to see how artistically arranged it is and to see them in different eco-systems.”
