New safety feature for Bumbo baby seat
The Bumbo International Trust Company will be adding a restraint belt to its Bumbo baby seat.
In the United States, around four million seats were recalled by the manufacturer after several infants fell and hurt themselves.
There have reportedly been at least two cases of skull fractures.
Bumbo International’s Rene Tolmay said, “We’re adding a restraint belt to the Bumbo baby seat to enhance the safety of the product. All existing Bumbo owners will be able to receive a restraint belt, free of charge.”
