Second man held for 'religious attack'
A second man has reportedly handed himself over to police following the murder of a Muslim man.
JOHANNESBURG - A second man has reportedly handed himself over to police in connection with a suspected religious attack.
Last week, 27-year-old Mohammed Fayaaz Kazi and a friend were attacked in a fast food outlet in Magaliesburg.
He died in hospital on Monday.
The fight allegedly started when two men made comments about Kazi’s beard.
Police were not available for comment on the latest arrest.
Earlier on Sunday, the police's Neville Malila confirmed that a 27-year-old Rustenburg man was arrested in connection with the crime on Saturday evening.
