Local

Gauteng police have arrested one of the most wanted criminals in northern Johannesburg.

The 35-year-old suspect is believed to be behind a spate of house robberies in Norwood.

It is believed he and an accomplice are behind a recent robbery in which they shot and killed a man.

The police’s Lungelo Dlamini said he may also be behind numerous armed robberies in other provinces.

“He is also linked to other cases. He will be appearing in court on Monday,” he said.
