JOHANNESBURG – Warren Masemola says it’s difficult to be an actor in South Africa as they are hardly afforded any time and opportunity to do research before taking on roles.

The award-winning actor, who is living with alopecia, says actors do about 16 pages of script a day and that requires a lot of passion and patience.

Masemola adds that it is crucial for anyone to self-reflect every now and then in order to stay on top of their game.
