JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress (ANC) is set to announce its new leaders after vote counting was concluded on Monday afternoon at the party's 54th national conference at Nasrec in Johannesburg.

More than 4,700 delegates cast their ballots in a 10-hour voting session that began in the early hours of Monday morning.
