SuperSport renews PSL broadcasting rights
Sports Broadcasting giants SuperSport have renewed their rights to broadcast the Premier Soccer League matches following an open tender process.
JOHANNESBURG - Sports broadcasting company SuperSport, confirmed on Wednesday that it has renewed the rights to broadcast Premier Soccer League (PSL) matches again.
SuperSport will continue to broadcast the PSL for a further five years, with the relationship between both the PSL and SuperSport dating back to more than 10 years.
Chief executive of SuperSport Gideon Khobane says they are delighted to further their relationship with the PSL.
“We are delighted that our bid to broadcast the PSL was successful again. The decision allows us to further entrench an outstanding soccer product in the hearts and minds of supporters across the continent. We must thank and acknowledge the PSL for entrusting us with their product.”
