JOHANNESBURG - Asset Management and Economic Strategist Dr Thabi Leoka says she has a problem with Cyril Ramaphosa’s economic policy plans.

Leoka says she is unsure of how to separate the deputy president’s plans from the National Development Plan.

She says a lot of politicians use a top-down approach and don't do any research from the bottom-up when developing economic policies.
