[LISTEN] Moseneke orders Manamela to testify immediately

| Former director of mental health in Gauteng Dr Makgabo Manamela’s legal team had asked for a postponement of her testimony, saying she needed more time to prepare.

JOHANNESBURG - Former Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke has ruled that former director of mental health in Gauteng Dr Makgabo Manamela should testify before the Life Esidimeni hearing immediately.

Manamela’s legal team had asked for a postponement of her testimony, saying she needed more time to prepare.

Judge Moseneke says, in his view, the application is baseless.
