Pogba set to miss Southampton clash
The Frenchman will not be playing in the match following the death of his father.
JOHANNESBURG - World record signing Paul Pogba will miss Manchester United’s penultimate league match against Southampton following the death of his father.
The Frenchman also missed out of United’s trip to White Hart Lane on Sunday after Fassou Antoine Pogba passed away aged 79.
With a top four finish out of reach for United, Jose Mourinho is set to make numerous changes with the Europa League final just one week away.
It has been a testing period for the Red Devils, who will play their fifth match this month and their 14th since the start of April.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marcos Rojo, Ashley Young, Luke Shaw and Tim Fosu-Mensah are all out through injury, while Daley Blind will be rested.
