City Power aims to complete planned outages before winter

There have been power outages recently due to ongoing routine maintenance to update old electrical equipment.

JOHANNESBURG – Johannesburg City Power says planned power outages will be completed before the winter season kicks in.

There have been power outages recently due to ongoing routine maintenance to update old electrical equipment.

City power's Virgil James said: “We are trying to make sure that all these planned outages occur before winter kicks in so as to not inconvenience residents.”
