Case against 5 KZN teens accused of beheading boy postponed to Tuesday
Earlier in March, the teenage victim’s head was found near Embizweni High School; it’s believed he was kidnapped from his home.
JOHANNESBURG - Five teenage boys who are believed to be linked to the beheading a 15-year-old boy will only find out on Tuesday whether they’ll be granted bail.
The accused were due to appear in the Umlazi Magistrates Court on Wednesday on charges of kidnapping and murder.
Earlier this month, the teenage victim’s head was found near the Embizweni High School; it’s believed he was kidnapped from his home.
The KwaZulu-Natal NPA's Natasha Karra said: “The matter was set down for bail application [on Wednesday], which did not proceed and the matter was adjourned to 25 April for that bail application.”
