CAPE TOWN - A case against a couple charged with murdering their five-year-old daughter in Mdantsane in the Eastern Cape has been postponed until next month.

They were arrested a month after their daughter's body was found buried in a shallow grave, near their home in July.

Police dug up the decomposed body in a garden.

The National Prosecuting Authority's Tshepo Ndwalaza says: “The matter was postponed so that the accused can get a new legal representative and the case has been set down for 3 April.”
