Cops launch probe after man crashes into Standard Bank Rosebank office
A 48-year-old man drove his car into Standard Bank office's glass wall after office hours.
JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng police have launched an investigation to find out what caused a man to drive into Standard Bank offices in Rosebank last night.
It's understood security personnel saw the 48-year-old man drive his car into the office's glass wall after office hours.
Nobody was in the building.
Authorities say the man was not drunk and it is unclear whether he is an employee of the bank or a client.
The police's Bonginkosi Mdletshe says the suspect will appear in court tomorrow.
"The whole case is still under investigation."
