[LISTEN] 'I made the biggest mistake of my life'

| In a controversial post, Cape Town-based Matthew Theunissen used the ‘k-word’ in venting his anger over Fikile Mbalula's decision to revoke bidding rights for future international tournaments as a result of not meeting transformation targets.

JOHANNEBSURG - Cape Town resident Matthew Theunissen says he regrets the language he used in his Facebook post venting at Sport Minister Fikile Mbalula.

Theunissen was responding to Mbalula's announcement that SA Rugby, Athletics South Africa, Netball SA and Cricket South Africa have had their rights to host international tournaments revoked for failing to transform adequately.

The Capetonian also says he is not racist, labelling the post 'the biggest mistake of his life'.
