CT Uber murder: Cops still hunting for suspects
A Zimbabwean Uber driver (59) was shot dead while waiting for passengers outside the Baxter Theatre.
CAPE TOWN - Police are still trying to track down the killers of an Uber taxi driver in Cape Town.
The 59-year-old Zimbabwean man was shot dead while waiting for passengers outside the Baxter Theatre on Friday.
The motive for the attack is still unclear.
The police's Noloyiso Rwexana says detectives are yet to make headway in their investigation into Webb-Law Chehore's death.
The police are still searching for the suspects who are responsible for the killing the man who killed while sitting in his taxi in Rondebosch.
Chehore was murdered a day before he was due to celebrate his 60th birthday.
His son has since taken to social media, asking members of the public to come forward with any information that may lead to arrests in exchange for a reward.
