Complaints flood in over DStv's new price hike
The TV service’s Facebook page has been inundated with complaints from social media users.
JOHANNESBURG - DStv's scheduled price hike has not fared well with subscribers who are threatening to jump ship.
MultiChoice yesterday announced the prices of its most popular bouquets are to rise by between eight and ten percent on 1 April 2016.
Social media users believe the new tariff plan is a 'complete rip-off' and have complained about the lack of fresh content provided by the satellite TV service.
DStv has argued that the company has kept prices low for as long as possible, but insists the weaker rand has forced their hand.
Social media users are hearing none of it.
