Well wishes pour in for actor Rapulana Seiphemo
Actor Rapulana Seiphemo has appeared in a number of television dramas and big screen films.
JOHANNESBURG - Generations: The Legacy actor Rapulana Seiphemo has received widespread support and wishes of recovery after was involved in a serious car accident on Monday night.
The actor - who plays the role of Tau Mogale - was travelling on the N14 near Centurion last night when the car he was in collided with another vehicle.
Two people were killed and three others seriously injured, including Seiphemo.
He is said to be in in a serious condition in Milpark Hospital, where he's being treated.
The actor is most famous for playing the role of Tau Mogale, the husband of Karabo Moroka (Connie Ferguson) in the popular SABC soapie.
The actor has also appeared in a number of television dramas and big screen films.
He starred in White Wedding in 2009 playing the role of a best man for his friend's wedding.
In 2008, he starred in Gangster's Paradise: Jerusalema portraying a small-time crook who builds a criminal empire in the Johannesburg CBD.
Seiphemo also featured in the Oscar-winning movie Tsotsi, playing the character of John Dube, the father of a kidnapped child.
In 2000, the actor played a gun-toting gangster known as Zama in the movie Hijack Stories.
Seiphemo has also played leading roles in local soapies Isidingo and Muvhango.
