The national gazelles is a programme aimed at helping small businesses and Zulu says they are looking at specific sectors.

"When you identify small businesses you need to identify them within a space where you can see that there's potential for growth. So we are identifying them in the manufacturing sector, the ICT sector, construction, transport, tourism, agriculture and agro-processing sectors."
