Bafana's Afcon tussle with Gambia Delayed
Bafana Bafana’s Afcon 2017 qualifier against Gambia has been moved from 3pm to 7pm.
The clash is set to take place at Durban's Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Officials in charge of the match between Bafana and Gambia failed to arrive in the country on Friday night and are now expected at 4pm, with the match set to kick off three hours later.
Bafana are looking to qualify for a second successive Afcon tournament, after making it to the 2015 edition earlier this year, where they crashed out in the group stages without winning a single game.
Anele Ngcongca will captain the side in the absence of Dean Furman, while Itumeleng Khune, who is on his way out of Kaizer Chiefs, will be in goals today for the first time, at international level, since last year.
