CAPE TOWN - Kurt Coleman will start at flyhalf for the Stormers in their second pre-season game against Boland on Saturday.

However, coach Allister Coetzee has confirmed Elton Jantjies will wear the number 10 jersey in the first Super Rugby game against the Bulls in two weeks’ time.

Jantjies has not spent much time with the team, having had to return home to Pretoria following the death of his father.

Coetzee says Coleman is gaining heaps of experience in Jantjies' absence.

“It’s good to see that Kurt gets an opportunity to play. He was out last season with an injury. However, I have no doubt in my mind we will have enough training sessions with Elton Jantjies to give him an opportunity to start at the first game.”

Jean de Villiers returns to the Stormers starting line-up to captain the side.

De Villiers and other first team regulars, including Deon Fourie, Siya Kolisi and Andries Bekker, all missed last week's match against the Cheetahs.

Schalk Burger will miss Saturday's game with a calf strain, but Coetzee says the rest of his squad is fit and ready.

“It’s unfortunate for Schalk but it’s good to have Siya back. We have fully fit loose forwards," says Coetzee.
