Ajax goalkeeper back from injury
Ajax Cape Town goalkeeper Sander Westerveld returns to the squad after recovering from an ankle injury.
CAPE TOWN - Ajax Cape Town goalkeeper Sander Westerveld returns to the squad after recovering from an ankle injury which kept him out for the last two matches.
Benchwarmer Sean Roberts has been in goal for the Urban Warriors.
Ajax faces Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday at the Free State Stadium.
Ajax coach Maarten Stekelenburg hinted at who may start.
"I think Roberts did well in the games that he played. We played well against Platinum Stars. I want to have a chat with the players to discuss who to play before I discuss it with the media."
Stekelenburg said they have quality goalkeepers at their disposal.
"It's good to have two [goalkeepers] and we have another youngster coming through. We have three goalkeepers and that's always nice.
"There's a nice competition among the players. They are all fighting for their spot in the squad."
The Urban Warriors are currently sitting at number seven in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) log after three games.
