CAPE TOWN - Santos striker Irwin Isaacs is playing mind games ahead of their clash with Chippa United on Wednesday night.

Isaacs says he is perplexed how the First Division side has made it into the promotional relegation playoffs.

The Santos forward says he has seen Chippa make the most of their opportunities.

"We are a PSL side and we expect them to be motivated. We've seen them play before and we know their game plan."

Isaacs says they need to put Chippa under pressure as early as possible.

"They are going to attack us. We need to give it our all."

The Cape side is under pressure to stay in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) after they finished second from bottom in the previous season.

Santos, last week, withdrew Eleazar Rogers from the Bafana camp as they need all their key players for the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Chippa United has made it clear that they will do everything in their power to make it into the PSL.

The team was formed in 2010 and won the Vodacom Promotional Championship in 2011.
