CAPE TOWN - Chippa United coach Mboneni Sikhakhane challenged Santos ahead of their playoff game at Athlone Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The club was promoted from the Vodacom League in 2011, and a win against Santos could see them take a step closer in achieving their Premier Soccer League (PSL) dream.

Sikhakhane said Santos must prove they are top flight material.

"They finished second bottom of the [PSL] log. We finished second from the top of the National First Division log. If they are PSL material, then they must show us on the field."

Meanwhile, Santos striker Irwin Isaacs said they have seen Chippa play and they are ready to take them on.

The game kicks off is at 7:30pm.
