Cape Town fire fighters say they are working flat out to try and put out a fire on board a South Korean fishing boat in Table Bay Harbour.
The blaze erupted on the Dongsan fishing trawler on Thursday.
More than 20 fire fireghters and a handful of fire trucks are at Duncan Docks, where they are battling the blaze on board the Dongsan.
City fire service's Theo Layne said they have isolated the blaze from reaching tons of toxic ammonia and diesel on board.
He said they have not been able to board the Donsang as strong winds fanned the flames.
Meanwhile, Transnet Chief Executive Officer Tau Morwe said the ship initially visited the harbour for repairs.
He reckons the trawler cannot be repaired.
