Malema says EFF's manifesto will contain more commitments than promises

DURBAN - Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema says the party’s manifesto this coming Saturday will contain more commitments than promises.
Malema was speaking to the EFF student command at the Durban University of Technology (DUT) on Monday.
The red berets will launch their manifesto at Moses Mabhida this weekend.

It was all loud cheers outside DUT’s Steve Biko Campus with the arrival of Malema - who is on a campaign to mobilise for the party’s Saturday manifesto launch.
Malema started his day inside the campus checking the registration process for the 2024 academic year - which begins this month.
He was then taken on a tour by DUT student command leaders recalling the deadly shooting of Mlungisi Madonsela on this day in 2019.
During his address, he told students that they would not be met with a list of promises on Saturday, but what he terms commitments.
“Even when we are not a majority, because we led through superior logic - we are the ones who said to Parliament close the embassy of Israel and Parliament passed a resolution to close the embassy.”
He said his party has a great track record of achievements.
